Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only if the unused portion of the product is returned.

To qualify:

• The unused portion must be sent back to us

• The product must not be tampered with

• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Refundable Items

• Fully used products

• Products damaged after delivery

• Promotional or discounted items (unless required by law)

Refund Process

1. Contact us to initiate a return

2. Return the unused portion as instructed

3. Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.
